I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding service I have received in your hotel. From the moment I arrived, your staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I’ve been to hundreds of hotels around the world, and I can say that Marxal hotel has exceeded my expectations. You all went out of your way to ensure that my stay with my family is as comfortable and memorable as possible. Apart from the outstanding service, the room was impeccable, and the amenities were top-notch. I would like to give a special mention to Narmin the Guest Relations Manager who has been very patient and had arranged everything to make my stay exemplary. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was truly remarkable. She has done a tremendous and recognizable work in leveraging the level of hospitality into a 7-star service. Let’s not forget your Front Office staff who are indeed the reflection of your hotel, and they have represented your hotel diligently. The level of service we received from all of them was outstanding. From the beautifully appointed rooms to the delicious food at Martini club , every aspect of our stay is truly marvellous. And without a doubt, a highly worthy of praise are the team behind The only disappointing part is the breakfast team they are not helpful at all and when we asked to see the manager they ignore us (where actually this the important part of your stay ) even we asked for the coffee they said it's extra charged we were shocked however we agreed to this and we never got the coffee so I pick the filter one from the buffet 😢 Last but not least, Mr. Moris Karimov, I believe that you consider this hotel your second home. And you have done a very great job in maintaining this place to its peak standard. I know that you wish nothing but the best for Marxal and your staff and I wish the same. Saying that you’ve done an amazing job is an understatement. You’ve created a great environment to work with.

The hotel is excellent, and its enchanting views offer a unique and magical experience. The level of service is very high, and it was the best hotel I've ever stayed in in Azerbaijan. The services available were beyond my expectations, including a play room fir kids with a supervisor and a childcare service where you can leave your children for a while. There's a beautiful and diverse market offering perfumes, clothes, and sweets. There are also gaming consoles for children, a PlayStation room, bowling, billiards, and table tennis. I would like to thank the hotel managers for this high level of service, their respect for guests, and their hospitality. Special thanks go to Mr.Ibrahim for his warm welcome, excellent manners, and unlimited cooperation. He greatly benefited me and made our trip more enjoyable and comfortable.

Since we arrived by train, we reached the hotel at 6:30 AM. Without waiting for the check-in time, Mr. Müşfiq at the reception gave us a very spacious, clean, and beautiful room with a great view. The room was quite large. The bathroom was spacious and perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable and wide. All the amenities in the room were of high quality (toothbrush, shaving kit, etc.). Mr. İbrahim from Guest Relations quickly contacted us and did everything to ensure our comfort, even presenting us with a gift card. The breakfast was simply amazing. I have never eaten such delicious food at an open buffet. I tried pancake syrup here for the first time. The service at İpek Restaurant was top-notch. We also had a very delicious lunch there. In the evening, at Nuxa Restaurant, we ate as if we were at home, the food was so tasty. There were plenty of entertainment options, and the prices were reasonable. Bowling, billiards, and other activities added fun to our time. In a word, it was magnificent.

The location is awesome—hands down. I highly recommend that anyone visiting Gabala take the extra one-hour drive to Sheki and stay at this property. It truly has something to offer everyone. We initially booked this property for one night but ended up extending our stay for another night. Special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim, our Guest Relationship Manager. If you want a hassle-free stay and need guidance on navigating the hotel and nearby attractions, he is the go-to person. He also assisted us with our visit to the AZ-ABRAU winery, where we had so much fun together.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel, particularly pleasant and helpful staff. we extended our stay instead of moving on. The whole place was spotless. Comfy beds and pillows, and large soundproofed room. Beautiful view from the balcony. Excellent choice of local and continental food at breakfast and full plates until the breakfast finishes at 11.30. You need a car or taxi to get into Sheki but not an issue as there are plenty but you could quite easily rest and relax here without leaving. I'm vegetarian when I mentioned it to the breakfast chef he roasted vegetables for me. The helpful travel manager arranged for us to be picked up and taken back to Baku, it was all seamless. We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat.
